Committees

Committees have been established to advise our Council on particular areas of work.

There is a set of Committee Standing Orders that apply to all committees. In addition, each committee has its own Terms of Reference. The minutes of each committee meeting are presented to the Council.

This committee gives our Council independent assurance as to the effectiveness of internal control, corporate governance, and risk management.
