HEFCW carries out equality monitoring for both staff and applicants.
We currently collect information on gender, age, religion, belief, sexual orientation, ethnicity and disability.
On applicants, we publish statistics on gender, ethnicity and disability.
On staff, we publish statistics on gender, age, religion, belief, sexual orientation, ethnicity and disability. However, due to our size, where figures are less than 10% details are removed to prevent individuals from being identified.
