HEFCW special studies

Each year we carry out a special study on matters relating to higher education in Wales.

This report presents an analysis of entrants to and qualifiers from higher education courses at Welsh higher education institutions (HEIs) for the four year period from 2002/03 to 2005/06 by subject area, mode and level of study.

Entrants to and qualifers from Welsh HEIs

Prior to 2005/06 a special study was included at part 2 of the annual volume of statistics, with additional supporting information appearing in Appendix B of this volume.

Part 2 of Welsh Higher Education Statistics 2004/05 includes a special study on the activity and characteristics of students enrolled on undergraduate courses, not leading to first degree, in 2004/05.
